Loom Network (LOOM), a blockchain ecosystem for games and social apps, has announced the launch of Season 2 of CryptoZombies, an interactive code school that teaches you to write smart contracts in Solidity, now with custom game modes for the mobile card game Zombie Battleground.

According to the announcement, Loom has launched two new custom game modes for Zombie Battleground, and another on Plasma Cash, which will be released in the near future. Each game track contains two lessons to start, with more coming gradually in the coming weeks.

Now, developers can release their own version of the game engine logic to the blockchain and each mod deployed to GameChain. This will make them immediately available through the mobile client to thousands of users, where they can be freely browsed and ranked by popularity.

“Any player can code their own custom gameplay rules and deploy them to Zombie Battleground’s GameChain as a custom game mode — where thousands of players can then INSTANTLY access it and start playing it in PvP matches,” said Loom in the announcement.

LOOM currently has a $68.8 million market cap, making it the 81st largest coin in the AltDex 100 Index (ALT100), a benchmark index for large-cap cryptocurrencies and tokens.
