Continuing the trend of major title crossovers, Capcom recently announced that Assassin’s Creed: Origins has crossed over into Monster Hunter: World.

For a short time, Monster Hunter players will be able to craft both a cosmetic armor set based on Bayek from Assassin’s Creed: Origins and a specialized Assassin’s Hood mantle. To unlock these craftables, players must complete the event quest “SDF: Silent, Deadly, and Fierce.”

Once equipped, the new mantle will provide boosts in damage, in addition to a speed boost to running, climbing, and running after crouching. The quest to earn both the mantle and the cosmetic armor set is now available through January 10 on PS4 and Xbox One and will be coming to PC at a later date.

As we previously reported, the worlds of Final Fantasy XIV and Monster Hunter: World joined forces last summer for an in-game crossover. This crossover saw Final Fantasy’s Behemoth appear in Monster Hunter: World, alongside the addition of Rathalos in Eorzea, the world of FFXIV.
